Children's Fitness Training
There is a growing concern for children not participating in enough physical activity.
Fit Kids 4 Sport’s main aim is to provide children with the passion and drive to achieve a level of fitness that they can take away with them and use when participating in sports throughout their life.
It is about taking children back to their roots, creating healthy habits, having fun, and developing the motor skills to achieve such physical attributes.
With our abundance of energy and creativity the children leave sessions feeling invigorated and motivated and are able to carry these new found skills back to school and their friends.
We organize birthday parties and group sessions during school holidays or after school activities.
